This video would give you a better understanding of the exam content, type of questions, etc.

Preparation Guide

This is so far the best prep guide I have read used to clear this exam.

It is the complete official guide to prepare for DP-100 exam provided by the Microsoft.

It is divided into 4 weeks covering all the topics and hands on labs. The guide would take almost double the time they mentioned. So, please plan your exam accordingly.

I didn't encountered any questions from Week 4 of the above guide, however they might start asking in future as their exam syllabus and questions are updated every 3 months.

I also recommend this to recap what you have learned and revise at any stage of your preparation.

Finally, use this to practice questions which are similar to the ones asked in the actual exam. Practicing questions in the basic plan was enough to get the idea of type of questions.

Important Tips

  1. Use a free Azure account by signing up for first time to use free initial credit to complete all of tutorials.
  2. Do complete all the hands on labs and understand the reason behind specific use of model, compute engine, python class, etc.
  3. Practice Azure ML SDK for Python thoroughly to build and run workflows
  4. If you can take the exam from a Pearson centre as you will have pen-paper in case you need to write anything
  5. The passing percentage is 70% (700/1000) (by the time I gave the exam in Feb 2021)
  6. Refer Section 5 of jupyter notebooks here to revise machine learning fundamentals and also here for simple and clear understading.

Also if you find this post helpful please share and clap.

All the best for your exam!
